These files are only used to provide AI-powered assistance that you request, such as CV review, SOP improvement, scholarship matching, document tailoring, and application readiness analysis.

AI Conversations

When you interact with Aviora AI, we store conversation history to improve your experience, remember your preferences, provide continuity across conversations, and help complete ongoing application tasks. You can delete conversation history at any time.

Connected Accounts

Aviora AI allows you to connect external services (Google, Gmail, Google Drive, Outlook, Dropbox, OneDrive, GitHub, ORCID). You choose which services to connect, and you can disconnect them at any time.

Gmail Access (When Connected)

If you connect your Gmail account, Aviora AI requests permission to compose, personalized draft emails, attach CV documents, track professor replies, and dispatch emails that you explicitly approve.

Aviora AI never sends emails without your explicit approval unless you explicitly enable an automation feature.

Email Intelligence

When enabled, Aviora can:

• detect admission offers
• identify interview invitations
• find funding opportunities
• remind you about deadlines
• organize scholarship emails
• surface important professor responses

AI Memory & Preferences

If AI Memory or Learned Preferences are enabled, Aviora may remember preferences such as preferred countries, target universities, funding types, scholarship goals, and research interests. You remain in control to view, edit, or delete memories at any time.

How We Use Your Information

How We Rank Recommendations

Aviora's recommendation engine considers factors such as academic background, research interests, degree level, target countries, nationality, language requirements, funding eligibility, and deadlines. Our goal is to show opportunities you are more likely to qualify for.

What We Never Do

• We do NOT sell your personal information, documents, conversations, or emails.
• We do NOT use your data for third-party advertising.
• We do NOT share your information with advertisers.
• We do NOT send emails on your behalf without permission.
• We do NOT access accounts you haven't connected.

AI Models & Security

To provide AI features, information is securely processed by trusted AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic). We share only the minimum data necessary to complete the task you requested.

We use industry-standard security practices, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted storage (AES-256), OAuth authentication, and audit logging.

Your Controls & Retention

You can update your profile, edit AI preferences, disconnect connected accounts, export your data, delete uploaded documents, or permanently delete your account at any time.
